PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM BABY QUASAR

If you are not satisfied with your Quasar device and would like to return it for a full refund (less shipping), please return the device in the original packaging within 90 calendar days from delivery date. Returning a device without original packaging may incur a restocking fee. Upon return, a refund will be applied back to your original credit card. You will receive an email once your refund is processed. Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing. 

Please package the item securely and enclose your original invoice and write reason for return. If you do not have your invoice, enclose a note with your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and reason for return. Baby Quasar does not provide return shipping labels. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Baby Quasar PLUS, Baby Blue, Quasar MD PLUS, and Quasar MD Blue
Your device is guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after its original purchase date. This warranty is not transferable if you sell your device to another party. If any problems surface during this lifetime period, contact our friendly, helpful customer service representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify any concerns. Baby Quasar reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this limited lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Baby Quasar's entire liability for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price for the defective product.

Pure Rayz and Clear Rayz
Your device is guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) years after its original purchase date. This warranty is not transferable if you sell your device to another party. If any problems surface during this five-year period, contact our friendly, helpful customer service representatives immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify any concerns. Baby Quasar reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available. Your exclusive remedy for any defective product covered by this five-year warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Baby Quasar’s entire liability for any defective product shall not exceed the purchase price for the defective product.
