I use my Baby Quasar mainly to reduce the greasy skin around my nose and cheeks. Unsure exactly how to start out I chose to do each section once on the sensitive skin setting. Once I completed the treatment (about 16 minutes total) I went to check the mirror. My skin had a slight glow, and felt just a bit irritated or tight. Other than that I didn’t really notice anything (you are not really supposed to for about 6 weeks – but I just thought I would check). I had read in some information to treat once or twice a week. So for the first couple of weeks I did one treatment per week on the sensitive setting. Then I reread the manual and found that to say two or three times a week so now I am upping the strength and going for three treatments per week. So I have now done 6 treatments and I can say that my pores seem to be a bit smaller and less noticeable and my skin tone seems improved. But the really exciting news is that last week when I reread through the information I saw where it increases effectiveness of serums or lotions that you may use in your skin care regimen. As part of my Anti-Aging Series I am reviewing SkinBright and was having really good results with it on some sun spots that had started forming at my temples. I decided why not combine the two and apply the SkinBright right before my Baby Quasar treatments? Well let me tell you that the combination worked like an eraser for my spots and most of them can not even be seen anymore after three combined treatments!!!!!!! I am seriously excited about this because those darn spots were really bothering me. Maybe because you can’t pretend you are not aging when you have age spots staring back at you in the mirror heh… So for my initial review, I feel that these are some very promising results and am so far impressed with what I have experienced. I look forward to seeing what will happen with increasing the strength and I will also be completing the treatment every three days!

First, let me start off by telling you that there was NO ONE on this earth more skeptical than me when it came to this IPL light thing! Yeah, right, I rub a light on my skin and it will change it in any way-I don’t think so! When I first purchased my equipment, I had to test it on me first. You said it was safe enough to use every day, so I did. I used my equipment on my face for 10 days in a row and I highly recommend this to anyone who purchases the equipment. The results were amazing! Day 1: Not much difference Day 2: Maybe something Day 3: Maybe something more Day 4: Okay, seeing results Day 5: WOW Day 6: Can it possibly get any better than this!?!?!? Days 7-9: Just kept getting better Day 10: So much collagen in my skin, I’m starting to look like a blowfish. It’s tighter, discoloration is barely noticeable and (best of all) people are saying I look younger!!! I made my purchase investment back in 4 weeks! After using the equipment for many months now there are several things I have learned to market this service: 1. The worse the skin the better the results. 2. Always let the client know that they will not see sustained results until the fourth session. The more damaged the skin, the more treatments necessary. 3. If you do a micro-dermabrasion and a light treatment the first session, the results are outstanding! The client will come back for a series of light treatment. The micro-derabrasion removes dead cells making the light work 100 times better. 4. Always do a light treatment on clean skin. Anything you put between the light and the skin becomes a barrier. It does not help product to penetrate into the skin. Witch Hazel (distilled alcohol) is absolutely the best for removing all the debris from the skin. Make it the last thing you use on the skin before using the light.

My clients love the effect of a younger, glowing complexion that is achieved by the Light Facial treatments. In several cases the Quantum skin care has visibly lightened or even removed dark pigmentation. In one case the dark spots on the forehead which were caused by hormone replacement were completely eliminated. In an other case after only four treatments a severe case of Couperosis was improved by approximately 70%. The probe removed, in some cases, the lines on the upper lip as though it was an eraser. Often tremendous improvement with the completion of the first treatment. One of my clients had a neck that resembled an orange peel but after several treatments the neck smoothened noticeably and the overall effect was very encouraging. There was one client who after several treatments noticed that her eczema had cleared substantially but this is not a attested side effect or acknowledged result. Recently I had a client with sun damaged skin on her face who after only 8 minutes noticed a dramatic improvement in her skin tone and color.

My wife has been using the Quasar on her face at home four times in the last seven days. She is starting to get comments on how young she is looking. Today she went to the dentist and the receptionist said that she thinks they transposed the numbers on her birth date, she was born in 1968, and my wife told her that’s the right date. I love the way it makes my skin plumper. It's a subtle, intangible change almost, but I feel like it increases the circulation to the tissues. I have used it on bruising post-op and it really does make a difference. I've used it on a torn ligament in my ankle and it healed flawlessly and painlessly with minimal bruising. I use it on musculoskeletal pain, like arthritis and "kinks", with good results. This is just anecdotal I know, but I think it has a place in my arsenal of beauty/health thingeys. Like my Sonicare, I wouldn't be without it.

My skin has gone through so many wonderful changes while using the Baby Quasar, it is difficult to summarize. If I were asked my two favorite changes, I would have to say the youthful glow of my skin and that I have my dimples again! The Baby Quasar began to contour my face after about 3 weeks of disciplined use. It removed an extremely deep whitehead that I could not remove for years and one that my dermatologist refused to try and remove. My pores look smaller and I no longer have adult acne. My crow's feet are diminished and my eyelids are smooth. I also use it on my neck and I am seeing improvement, although, I think this area will take longer. One benefit that I didn't know I would get is pain relief of my fibromyalgia. That is probably even more satisfying than the facial care. When I bought the Baby Quasar, I used it every 24 hours or 48 hours for 6 weeks. I used the red light, then the green light. Next, I would use the green light again for 1 to 2 minutes on problem areas. For the first two weeks, I did not use the Pure Silk and regret that now. It really does make a positive difference. Now, I use the Baby Quasar with the Pure Silk once or twice a week. I also use it to relieve pain, especially in my neck and hip areas. Thank you for this great product.
